Inbound calls
The agent answers your line, works out why the caller rang, gives answers, books appointments and records the request.
AI voice agents
Voiceland AI builds voice agents that pick up the phone, place calls of their own, talk to visitors on your website, and hand the line to a colleague when the matter needs one.
A missed call is a missed job. The agent always picks up, with the same patience on the first call of the day and the last.
The agent answers on the first ring: after hours, at peak, when every line is busy. Many calls at once, with nobody left holding.
A real conversation, not a keypad menu. Callers can interrupt and change the subject; the agent follows them and keeps the thread.
Every call leaves a transcript, a summary and the fields you care about in structured form, in the console or pushed straight into your own systems.
An AI voice agent is software that talks on the phone in your place: it picks up the line, works out what the caller wants, answers in a real spoken conversation, and moves the job forward, booking the appointment or handing the line to a colleague when the matter calls for one.
Set the agent up once, then put it to work wherever it helps: on the phone, on your website, or both.
The agent answers your line, works out why the caller rang, gives answers, books appointments and records the request.
The agent places the call itself: appointment confirmations, reminders, satisfaction surveys, follow-ups through a contact list.
A small widget puts voice and chat on any page. Visitors press once and talk straight from the browser. Nothing to install, no phone call needed.
We give the agent a number, or connect the one you already have. Greek geographic, non-geographic or international. Billed per number, per year.
When a call needs more than the agent can give, it moves to a colleague: either by direct transfer to a representative, or indirectly, announced first so the person knows what came before they take the line.
One dashboard to set what the agent says, listen back to calls, read transcripts and summaries, and watch how the minutes are being used.
We show the agent on your own case: what it answers, when it hands the line to a person, and what it records for you. If you want a taste first, the per-industry demos are running right now.
From idea to first call
Three steps, not three months. You tell us what the agent has to do and when it should hand the line to a person, we connect a number or a widget, and you try it live before any customer does. From there you listen to calls and refine from the console.
Tell us what the agent has to do, in which language, and when it should hand the line to a person.
A phone number, the line you already run, or a widget on your site. You try it live before any customer does.
Every call leaves a transcript and a summary. Adjust what the agent says from the console and the change applies to the next call. Every save also keeps a snapshot of the settings: if a change does not land the way you wanted, one click rolls the agent back to an earlier version, with no notes to keep outside the platform.
What follows is only what is true today. If your own compliance review needs more than this, ask us.
The platform runs on AWS infrastructure inside the European Union. Recordings, transcripts and call records stay in the same region.
We process call data as a processor, on your instructions and only to run the service. We do not sell it and do not pass it to third parties for their own use. A signed Data Processing Agreement is included in the Enterprise Plus package.
Recording is switched on or off per agent, and you can have the agent announce it at the start of the call. Recordings are kept for a number of days that depends on your plan; on Business and above they can be exported to your own S3, and on Enterprise they are encrypted with your own KMS key.
We build a scenario for your case together and you hear it live. There is no online ordering. Work starts with a conversation.
