What if the customer asks for something that is not in the catalogue?
The agent does not add it: it says the item is not available and suggests what fits from your catalogue.
Do I need a catalogue to start?
No. Without one the agent keeps the items as they were said, with no prices. With a catalogue you get prices, options and a total.
Which plans include it?
