Voiceland AI is Voiceland's AI voice-agent platform. We build agents that pick up the phone, talk to visitors on a website, and hand the line to a person when the matter calls for one.
Voiceland has been running since 2011.
What we build
One thing, in four parts: an agent that talks on the phone and on your website, the line it runs on, the path a call takes to a human colleague, and the console you use to set all of it and to listen back to what happened.
We answer the phone
The agent picks up your line on the first ring, after hours and at peak, works out why the caller rang, books appointments and records the request.
We talk on your website
A widget puts voice and chat on any page, so a visitor can talk straight from the browser, with nothing to install and no phone call involved.
We hand the line to a person
When a call needs more than the agent can give, it moves to a colleague, directly or announced first, under the rules you set.
We leave a trace of every call
A transcript, a summary and the fields you care about in structured form, in the console or pushed straight into your own systems.
Who we serve
Greek businesses that take calls in Greek. Greek is the language we started from, and the agents speak English as well, for those businesses' own foreign-language customers. One agent can serve both, each in their own language. The website and the console exist in both languages too.
How we invoice
In euro, with every price on this site excluding VAT. Greek VAT at 24% is added on the invoice, while businesses in another EU member state with a valid VIES number are reverse-charged. Greek phone numbers carry a 5% telecom fee, applied before VAT.
Where the platform runs
Our infrastructure runs 100% on AWS, inside the European Union, and soon on the AWS Athens Local Zone as well, which brings the processing closer to the people who are calling. Recordings, transcripts and call records stay in the same region. The same infrastructure absorbs the peaks, following the call volume, with no machines for you to set up.
Your call data
We process it as a processor, on your instructions and only to run the service. We do not sell it and do not pass it to third parties for their own use.

Questions before any of that
The FAQ answers what gets asked most: languages, cost, billing, phone numbers and where the data lives.
What we do not claim
This site says only what is true today. What has not been verified is not written, not even in small print. Anything that changes gets written here when it changes, and not before. Below is what you will deliberately not find here, and the reason for each one.
- Customer names, customer logos or testimonials. We do not show a customer without their consent.
- Certifications. We do not advertise one we do not hold.
- Online ordering of a package. Work starts with a conversation. The only thing you activate yourself from the console is phone numbers.
- Figures we do not measure. Where there is no verified number, no number is written.
