Voice and chat agent

The agent that answers your phone number and your website. It listens, understands, replies with a natural voice, books appointments, transfers to a person when needed, and hands every finished call to the operations agents and the contact book.

What it does

What does the voice and chat agent do?

It answers inbound calls on your numbers, places outbound calls, and runs as a voice and chat bubble on your website, all from one agent definition: the same prompt, the same knowledge, the same tools on every channel.

Answers your phone

Attach a number, or connect your existing PBX, and the agent answers every call in the caller's language with a natural voice you choose.

Lives on your website

One snippet puts a voice and chat bubble on any page. Visitors talk or type, a pre-conversation form can collect their name and phone, and a person from your team can take over the chat.

Speaks the caller's language

Greek first, with a secondary language on Growth and every supported language from Pro. The agent detects the language and answers in it.

Transfers to a person

Direct transfer to a representative from Growth; warm transfer from Pro, where the agent briefs the colleague first and then bridges the caller, with hold music while they wait.

Books appointments on the call

With the Calendar attached, the agent checks open slots, books, reschedules and cancels through the same place your web bookings go, so a slot can never be taken twice.

Answers from your knowledge

Give it your documents, your website pages and your data sources, and it answers from them instead of guessing. Answers can be reviewed and rated by your team.

Runs your own actions

Look up an order, open a ticket, send a code by SMS: the agent calls your systems during the conversation through tools you define, or acts as the signed-in visitor in your own portal.

Records, summarises, reports

Call recording from Growth, an email summary after every call, structured goal extraction, satisfaction surveys, intents and sentiment, and a full call record with the transcript.

How does it go live?

In four steps: create the agent from a template, give it a voice and instructions, test it in the console, then attach a number or paste the widget on your site.

  1. Create it from a template

Pick the closest industry template, name the agent, and adjust the greeting, the instructions and the tone. Every save is a version you can compare and roll back to.

  2. Give it a voice and knowledge

Choose the voice and the languages, attach your knowledge collections and data sources, and decide what the agent may do: transfer, book, end the call, call your tools.

  3. Test it before anyone else hears it

Call it from the console, chat with it in the preview, review the transcript and the timing, and fix what you do not like before it takes a real call.

  4. Attach a number or the widget

Attach a phone number from the console or point your PBX at it, and paste the one-line snippet on your website. From then on every call and chat is recorded in the console.

What is it used for?

Any conversation your business has again and again: reception, bookings, order status, first-line support, and lead qualification, at any hour, without a queue.

Reception around the clock

Answers when the office is closed or the line is busy, takes the message, books the appointment, and transfers the urgent call to the person on duty.

Appointment booking

Clinics, salons and service desks let callers book, move or cancel appointments on the call, with confirmations by email and calendar invite.

Order and account questions

The agent looks the caller up in your systems and answers where the order is, what the balance is, or when the technician arrives.

Lead qualification

On the website or the phone, the agent asks the qualifying questions, records the answers, and hands a hot lead to a person or to your CRM.

Website assistant with human takeover

Visitors get answers from your knowledge in seconds; when they ask for a person, your team takes over the same chat from the console.

Outbound reminders and follow-ups

Appointment reminders, payment reminders and satisfaction calls, placed by the agent from your numbers, with the outcome recorded per call.

Two examples

Example 1

A dental clinic

A patient calls at 20:30. The agent greets them in Greek, recognises them from the contact book, and asks what they need. They want to move Thursday's cleaning: the agent checks the dentist's availability, offers two slots, books the new one and cancels the old one. The patient receives an email with the calendar invite.

After the call, an operations agent transcribes the recording, writes a two-line summary and emails it to the front desk, and the contact's call journal shows the call with the recording link.

Example 2

An online shop

A visitor opens the chat bubble and asks where order 4821 is. The agent calls the shop's order tool with the order number, reads back the status and the delivery date, and offers to send the tracking link by email.

The next visitor wants to return an item and asks for a person. The agent hands the conversation to a member of the support team, who continues the same chat from the console with the whole history in front of them.

Current integrations

The agent connects to your telephony, your website, your systems and your calendars without custom development on your side.

Phone numbers and your PBX

Greek numbers from the console, or your existing PBX routed to the agent over SIP. A Yeastar P-Series Cloud PBX also feeds the contact book and the operations agents.

Your website

The voice and chat widget for any site, with your colours, your texts and an optional pre-conversation form.

Your systems

Tools that call your HTTP endpoints during the conversation, a post-call webhook with the full record, a CDR webhook, and real-time event webhooks on Business.

Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook

Through the Calendar application, bookings land in your calendars and your existing events block the slots.

HubSpot

Through the Contacts application, callers and website visitors are matched to your HubSpot contacts and new ones are pushed there.

API, SDK and MCP

Everything the console does is available through the API and the SDK, and the agent can be driven from your own assistant through the MCP endpoint.

How it works with the other applications

The voice and chat agent is where the conversation happens. The other three applications give it a calendar to book into, a contact book to recognise people from, and workflows that pick up every finished call.

Operations agent

Every finished call can start operations agents: transcription, summary, questions answered from the transcript, an email report, a post to your systems.

Calendar

Attach a calendar and the agent checks availability, books, reschedules and cancels on the call, with the same rules as your booking page.

Contacts

The agent recognises callers from the shared contact book, and every call is journalled on the contact with its recording and summary.
