How much does a phone number cost?
Numbers are billed separately from the package, per number and per year, from €15. The price depends on the number pattern.
A 5% telecom fee is added to Greek phone numbers, and VAT after that.
How are calls billed?
30/1 billing step: every answered call is billed a minimum of 30 seconds, then per second, rounded up to the next whole second. Unanswered calls are not billed.
- A 10-second call is billed 30 seconds.
- A 95.2-second call is billed 96 seconds.
- Web widget chat sessions use the same 30/1 step.
- Included minutes renew every month and do not roll over. Overage is charged per second at the package's per-minute rate.
How are operations agents billed?
Operations agents are billed in automation minutes from the first second, with no minimum per run. Automation minutes come out of the same minutes as calls: on Growth one call minute is worth 32 automation minutes, so the plan's 500 minutes become up to 16,000 automation minutes, or any mix with calls. Past them, extra automation minutes cost €2.50 per 1,000 (€3.10 on Starter), out of your account's minutes balance.
Transcription is billed on its own, in transcription minutes and not in automation minutes. They come out of the plan's minutes too: on Growth one plan minute is worth 26 transcription minutes, so the 500 minutes become up to 13,000 transcription minutes. Past them they cost €3.80 per 1,000, out of your account's minutes balance, and the price drops on every larger plan (€3.40 on Pro, €3.00 on Business, €2.70 on Enterprise). On Starter the plan's minutes pay for up to 10 transcription minutes a month, and the extra ones cost €4.70 per 1,000.
A run bills, in automation minutes, the greater of the conversation it analysed and the time it worked. A ten-minute call transcribed, summarised and emailed bills ten transcription minutes and about ten automation minutes for the analysis. If it is only transcribed, it bills the ten transcription minutes and the few seconds the run worked. See the Operations Agent pricing, with a comparison with Zapier, n8n Cloud and Make and a cost calculator.
Five report questions per run are included; each extra question counts as one automation minute. *Automation prices apply to the gpt-5.4-mini model.
