FAQ

What businesses ask before putting an agent on the line

Fourteen questions, fourteen straight answers, carrying the same numbers as the rest of the site. If something is missing, ask us: we would rather say it than imply it.

What is an AI voice agent?

An AI voice agent is software that holds phone conversations in your place. It answers your line or places the call itself, listens to what the other person wants, gives answers, books appointments, records the request, and hands the call to a person when one is needed.

Does it speak Greek?

Yes. The agent answers and places calls in Greek, and it speaks English too. The second language is included from the Growth package upwards. This is not a keypad menu: the caller talks normally, can interrupt at any point, and the agent follows them and keeps the thread.

Does it only answer calls, or does it place them too?

Both. On inbound calls the agent answers your line, works out why the caller rang and records the request. Outbound calls, meaning appointment confirmations, reminders, satisfaction surveys and follow-ups through a contact list, are coming soon and are included from the Growth package upwards.

Can it talk to visitors on my website?

Yes. A small widget puts voice and chat on any page of your site. The visitor presses a button and talks straight from the browser, with nothing to install and no phone call involved. It is the same agent that answers the phone, working from the same instructions.

What happens when the caller wants a person?

The call moves to a colleague. Direct transfer to a representative is included from the Growth package upwards. Pro adds an indirect transfer, announced first so the person knows what came before they take the line. You are the one who sets the rules for it.

Do I need a new phone number?

Not necessarily. We give the agent a number, or we connect the line you already run. Numbers are Greek geographic, non-geographic or international, and they are billed separately from the package, per number and per year, from €15. The price depends on the number pattern.

What does it cost?

There are six packages. Starter is €0 with 30 trial minutes, Growth is €49.90, Pro is €99.90, Business is €199.90 and Enterprise is €299.90 per month. Enterprise Plus is priced to fit, against what you actually need. Every price is in euro and excludes VAT.

How does billing work?

You pay a monthly subscription that includes talk minutes, and anything above them is charged per minute, from €0.22 on Starter down to €0.05 on Enterprise Plus. Greek phone numbers carry a 5% telecom fee, then Greek VAT at 24%. EU businesses with a valid VIES number are reverse-charged.

Can I try it before I decide?

Yes. The Starter package is €0 and gives you 30 trial minutes, two concurrent calls and one agent, so you can hear real calls before committing to anything. There is no online ordering for a package: write to us and we build a scenario for your case together.

How quickly does it go live?

In three steps, not three months: you describe the job, we connect a line or a widget, and you try it live before any customer does. The time it takes depends on how complex the scenario is and on how quickly your line is ready. Ask us about your own case.

What happens to call recordings and transcripts?

After every call you get a transcript, a summary and the fields you care about in structured form. Recording is switched on or off per agent and can be announced at the start of the call. Recordings are kept for a number of days that depends on your plan, and on Business and above they are exported to your own S3.

Can I undo a setting that did not work?

Yes. Every save keeps a snapshot of that agent's settings. If a change does not land the way you wanted, one click in the console rolls the agent back to an earlier version, with no notes to keep outside the platform. The correction applies from the next call onwards.

Where does the platform run, and what happens to my data?

The infrastructure runs 100% on AWS, inside the European Union, and soon on the AWS Athens Local Zone as well. Recordings, transcripts and call records stay in the same region. We process call data as a processor, on your instructions, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Who is white-label for, and which packages include it?

It is for partners who want to offer AI voice agents to their own customers under their own identity: their domain, their logo, their sign-in and a separate project per customer. Their customers never see Voiceland. It is available on the Enterprise and Enterprise Plus packages.

Did not find your answer?

Send us the question the way you would ask it on the phone. You get a specific proposal for your own case back, not a brochure.
