Your first agent in 3 steps

From an empty project to answering the phone.

Last updated:

You can have a working agent answering calls in a few minutes.

1. Create a project#

Go to Projects and create one. It is just a name for your workspace. If you already have a project, skip this.

2. Add an agent#

Inside the project, open Agents and click New agent. You can:

  • Start from a template: pick your industry and get a ready-made agent, or
  • Create manually: describe the agent and let the assistant write the prompt.

Give it a name and a voice, then review the settings.

3. Get a number#

Open Deploy → Voiceland, find a number, click Attach, pick your agent, and save. Press Deploy on the agent to publish it. Call the number. Your agent answers.

Tip: before going live, use Preview on the agent to chat with it or place a test call.
