What's the difference between Save and Deploy?

Save stores your edits as a draft. Nothing changes for callers yet. Deploy publishes the saved settings to live calls; from then on, new calls are answered with them (calls already in progress finish on the previous version). So the flow is: edit → Save → Deploy.
