Put your agent on your website

The web widget puts your agent on your own website as a floating bubble. Visitors click it and talk to the agent or chat with it, straight from the page, no phone number needed.

1. Enable it#

Open the agent and go to Web → Web widget. Click Enable widget. Sensible defaults are filled in. Choose the channels (voice, chat, or both) and, when both are on, which tab visitors see first.

2. Make it yours#

• Appearance: position on the page, your brand color, button size and style, panel layout, and whether it opens automatically.
• Texts: the header, button and tab labels, placeholders. Anything you leave empty uses a polished built-in default.
• Pre-conversation form (optional): ask visitors for their name, email or phone before the conversation starts. Each field has a key, a label, a type, and a required flag. What they fill in is attached to the conversation.
• Automation webhook (optional, for developers): an https URL that receives a notification (with the form data) the moment a conversation starts, so your systems know immediately.

3. Copy the snippet#

At the bottom of the same page you get a one-line embed code. Copy it and paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag. That's it: the bubble appears on every page that carries the snippet.

4. Preview it live#

Web → Preview shows the real widget on a sample page: a true live session, voice and chat both working, in desktop or mobile width. Saved changes appear there within about 30 seconds.

5. Follow the conversations#

Every widget session lands in Calls like any phone call (transcript, summary, notifications), marked with origin Web instead of Phone.

Save, then Deploy: like every other agent change, the widget serves the deployed configuration.

6. Share a test link#

You do not need a site to let someone try the agent. In the agent's preview panel, click Share and then Create link: we host a page with the widget, and you send the URL to a colleague, a client or a reviewer. Set how long the link lasts (24 hours to 30 days, or no expiry) and how many sessions it may start (10 to 1000); revoke it at any time from the same dialog. Every session from a link spends this project's minutes exactly like a session from your own site, and the widget must already be enabled.
