How do I test an agent before it goes live?
Use Preview to chat or place a test call, then Deploy.

Open the agent and use Preview: you can chat with it in text or place a test call that runs the real pipeline. The preview uses the saved settings, so Save first if you have edits. When it behaves well, press Deploy to make it answer real calls.
