Recording & notifications
Record calls, get email summaries, and detect voicemail.

Keep a record of calls and get the results where you need them.
Recording#
Turn call recording on to keep an audio recording of each call (available with the transcript in the Calls tab). Check your local rules on disclosing recording in the first message.
Voicemail#
Hang up on voicemail ends the call automatically if the agent reaches an answering machine, useful for outbound calling so the agent does not talk to a beep.
Email recap#
Add one or more recipients to the Notifications email recap and a call summary is emailed after every call. You can request the summary in specific languages and include extracted fields (e.g. the caller's name and request) rendered in the email.
Email template language sets the language of the email itself (subject, headings, labels), on every plan. Auto, the default, writes it in Greek when the agent speaks Greek only, and in English for every other language, multi-language agents included; the field shows what Auto means for that agent. Pick Ελληνικά (Greek) or English to fix it. The summary inside the email still follows the summary languages.
Webhooks#
For real-time or system-to-system delivery, use webhooks: send call data to your own endpoint when a call ends (or as events happen). See the API & MCP guide.
