Documentation / Operations Agent
Operations agent: pricing
Runs are billed in automation minutes from your plan's minutes: 25% of your call rate, 30 seconds minimum per run, 5 report questions included.
Last updated:
Operations agents are billed in automation minutes, taken from the same pool of minutes as your calls.
What a run bills#
A run bills the greatest of:
- the conversation it handled (the audio it transcribed, or the transcript it analysed),
- the time it actually worked,
- 30 seconds, the minimum per run.
The hours a run waits for a retry are not work and are not billed. Each run includes 5 report questions; every extra question counts as one automation minute.
What an automation minute costs#
An automation minute costs 25% of your plan's per-minute call rate: on Growth €0.05, on Pro €0.045, on Business €0.03, on Enterprise €0.0225 and on Enterprise Plus €0.0125. Automation minutes are drawn from the plan's included minutes first (four automation minutes use one included minute), then from purchased minutes at the plan's overage rate.
Examples#
- A 10-minute call that is transcribed, summarised and emailed bills 10 automation minutes: on Growth €0.50, or 2.5 of the plan's included minutes.
- A run that receives a webhook and forwards it to another webhook bills the 30-second minimum.
- A schedule that fires every hour runs about 730 times a month and bills at least 365 automation minutes. The designer shows the estimate after you save a schedule.
Where to see it#
Each run's Billing block shows the automation seconds, the conversation handled, the audio transcribed, the report questions, the plan minutes used, the list value and what was charged. Charged is only what came out of purchased minutes, so a run covered by your plan's included minutes shows a list value and nothing charged. The agent's Overview and Runs show the month's totals; the project-wide Runs page shows any period and exports it to Excel.
