Create an agent from a template

Start from a ready-made, industry-specific agent.

Last updated:

Templates are complete agents tuned for a specific business, in Greek and English. They are the fastest way to a production-ready agent.

Steps#

  1. In Agents, click New agent → Start from a template.
  2. Choose a language for the agent.
  3. Search your industry: there are 50 to choose from across healthcare, beauty & fitness, food & hospitality, home & trades, automotive, professional services, and retail.
  4. Pick the template for that industry.
  5. Name it and pick a voice: you can play a sample of each voice before choosing.

The agent is created and opens on its configuration page, ready to review and deploy. Like every new agent it starts on the Lifelike, real-time voice quality (Eleven v4 Turbo), the Europe/Athens time zone and a reply delay of 600 ms (1700 ms after an unfinished sentence).

What you get#

Every template ships with a friendly, on-brand persona, a first message, the hang-up tool, and a short satisfaction question before the call ends. Some templates (support, hospitality, legal, insurance) also enable transfer, but the destination is left empty on purpose, so open the Security tab and add the real phone number before those calls can route.

Templates on every plan#

Every template can be created on every plan. When a template uses something your plan does not include, the wizard tells you before you create the agent:

  • Transfer to a person. Without call transfer in your plan, the agent takes a call-back message instead: it asks for the caller's name, phone number and what the call is about, and the details reach you in the call summary and in the call history. With direct transfer but not transfer with a briefing, the agent connects the caller to your colleague directly, and the caller explains the matter themselves.
  • Secondary languages. A multilingual agent needs secondary languages in your plan. The wizard shows when they are not included and how many your plan allows.

For an agent that takes call-back messages, keep the email summary on in the last step, so each caller's details reach you by email.

After creating#

Everything is editable on the config tabs: prompt, first message, voice, languages, behavior, tools. Tune it, Save, then Deploy.

The console

These pages are read only. The test call, the API keys and the live API reference are in the console, where your account is signed in.
